With this in mind, we adopt a consultative recruitment approach with the objective of providing quality, consistency and personality. The personal and professional development of our team is a big part of our philosophy. This is further complimented by the fact that both our company directors have backgrounds in engineering.

Antony Cox

Managing Director

Antony began his working life as a technician developing prototypes for electronic R&D systems giving him first-hand insight into the sharp end of STEM. In a change of career in 1987, Antony moved into recruitment and worked as a consultant for almost 10 years before establishing ProTech.

Now, with over 30 years’ experience in specialist STEM recruitment Antony continues to guide ProTech’s progress, taking pride in the quality and depth of relationships he’s established with both clients and candidates.

Roman Motyczak

Director

Roman’s first degree was in Mechanical Engineering, after which he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. These skills, combined with almost 25 years’ experience in the business development side of the recruitment industry, gave Roman the depth of knowledge and practical skills to strategically develop ProTech into the success it is today.

Renowned for his personal touch, Roman enjoys the challenges of mentoring and personal coaching, and takes pride in his motivational skills.

Samantha Morgan

Director

Samantha joined ProTech in 2016 and originally worked as part of the contract team, supplying Aerospace, Defence and Life Science companies. In 2018 she moved solely into Life Sciences and quickly progressed to leading the team. Samantha's background is predominantly Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sectors and she has vast experience in recruitment and business development to complement her wide range of skills.

Samantha now leads both the Life Science and Engineering & Technical teams and focuses on supplying talent to the Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Laboratory and Manufacturing sectors. She is highly skilled in Contingent, Contract and Executive candidates.
